About Cyntrix Systems

Enterprise-grade ERP power, built for the rest of us

Cyntrix Systems started with a simple conviction: the operational power of systems like Epicor, NetSuite, Microsoft and Infor should be within reach of every growing manufacturer and distributor — not just the Fortune 500.

Our story

After years implementing legacy big-name ERP systems, our founders kept seeing the same pattern: capable software locked behind six-figure budgets, multi-year rollouts, and all-or-nothing adoption. Smaller manufacturers and distributors were left choosing between expensive complexity and tools that couldn't keep up.

CyntrixOne is our answer. We rebuilt the ERP experience around three principles — affordability, modular adoption, and a single shared data model — so companies can start small and scale all the way to true enterprise-grade capability without ever switching systems.

Today, Cyntrix Systems helps operations teams run financials, inventory, manufacturing, and everything in between on one connected platform that grows with them.

Meet the founders

Built by people who lived the problem

Quinn Sheridan and Seth Robbins didn't come to ERP from a software lab. They came from the plant floor and the service truck.

We're Quinn Sheridan and Seth Robbins, the founders of Cyntrix Systems. We want to be upfront about something that sets us apart from most people who build ERP software: we are not software developers. For decades that would have disqualified us. Today, with the arrival of capable AI, writing software is no longer the rare, gatekept skill it once was — and we believe that changes who should be designing the systems that run real companies.

What we are is manufacturing and equipment service veterans. Between the two of us we carry more than seventy-five years of real-world experience inside manufacturing companies — on the shop floor, in the scheduling office, out on service calls, and in the rooms where operations leaders fight to keep margins, materials, and people aligned. We have run the production lines, managed the spare-parts inventory, chased the late jobs, and lived through more than one painful ERP implementation that promised the world and delivered a spreadsheet with a login screen.

That history is the whole point. Most ERP systems are designed by engineers who have never had to explain to a customer why a shipment slipped, never reconciled a physical count against a system that insisted it was wrong, and never had to train a brand-new hire on software that assumed everyone already thought like an accountant. We have. So when we designed CyntrixOne, we started from the questions operators actually ask: Where is my job right now? What do I have to buy this week? Which machine is the bottleneck? What did this order really cost me? The software exists to answer those questions quickly, not to impress a procurement committee.

Because we understand the work, we made deliberate choices that big-vendor ERPs rarely make. We priced CyntrixOne so a growing company can actually afford it. We made it modular so you can start with the one or two areas that hurt most and add the rest when you're ready — no forced, all-or-nothing rollout. And we built everything on a single shared data model so the system grows with you, scaling all the way up to enterprise-grade capability without ever ripping it out and starting over.

We didn't build CyntrixOne to chase a trend. We built the support system we always wished we'd had when the orders were stacking up and the old software was getting in the way. If you run a manufacturing or service operation, we think you'll feel the difference — because it was made by people who have stood exactly where you stand.
